Provide Opportunities for Student Growth

91福利社鈥檚 Student Employment program helps students earn money to pay for their college expenses by working part time. Most employment opportunities are facilitated through Federal Work Study funds.  If you鈥檇 like to hire a student employee as a faculty, staff or administration member, follow the steps below to assist your student in acquiring and maintaining eligibility.

How to Hire a Student

    Request the Position

    Complete the Position Request and Authorized Signature on-campus hire forms and submit the originals to the 91福利社 Student Employment (SE) Office. Processing may take 7-10 business days. You may request your job opening posted to the RCCD job board.
    If Using the RCCD Job Board
    If you requested the job to be posted to the online RCCD job board, you will be notified when it is open for recruitment. Supervisors are granted temporary access to review student applications.

    Screen and Interview Applicants

    Supervisors may screen applications and select candidates to review using the Candidate Request Form. Email the name and ID of your selected candidates to the Student Employment office. Interviews may NOT start until eligibility has been verified by SE and candidate results returned to you. Upon receipt, you may contact the eligible candidates for interviews.
